1-15-22 Crossett School District's plan is for students to return to school on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, but there is a strong possibility that the district will not open on Tuesday. The District may need to extend its AMI days based on the number of staff members that will be absent, due to the impact of Covid. The District will announce through social media, no later than Monday afternoon, January 17, if school will be open or if the District will continue with another AMI day and students will complete their instruction through their Google Classroom.

1-14-22 Dear Parent, Staff and Students, Crossett School District is planning for students to return to school on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, but there is a strong possibility, due to the impact of Covid, that we will not open and will need to extend our AMI days because we will not have enough faculty present to have school. We will announce no later than the afternoon of Monday, January 17, through social media if school will be open or if we will continue with another AMI day and students will complete instruction through their Google Classroom.

Dear Parents, Staff, and Students, Effective Friday, January 14th, 2022, Crossett School District will move to off-site instruction utilizing an AMI day. Our plan is to return to class on Tuesday, January 18th following the Martin Luther King Holiday on Monday, January 17, 2022, if possible. Any additional AMI days will be announced as soon as possible. Due to the “extremely transmissible” nature of the Omicron variant, we have a high level of staff and student absences preventing the normal function of the school day and anticipate this number to continue to increase. Schoolwork for Crossett High School and Crossett Elementary school will occur through students’ Google classrooms. Schoolwork for Crossett Middle School will be through a combination of Google classroom and the Summit platform.
