The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is conducting a needs assessment to better understand the unmet behavioral and mental health needs of students in Arkansas (ages 12 and older). Through surveys and focus groups, UAMS hopes to learn more about current barriers to accessing care from all stakeholders, most importantly that of families and students themselves. Your expertise and perspective will be invaluable to plans moving forward. The results of this survey will provide UAMS and state partners with the information needed to develop plans to better meet the needs of youth and families in Arkansas. Please see the attached flyer for the survey link. Thank you!

We have been AMAZED and our hearts truly BLESSED as we have viewed the social media postings showing support for Andy and the Boykin family from so many school districts, community groups, businesses and individuals today. Thank you for wearing our school colors or for wearing orange, Andy’s favorite color. What a great visual message to Andy and his family that they are being prayed for, thought of, loved and supported. THANK YOU!

Crossett School District is so grateful for the support that is being shown for the Boykin family and their son Andy by our community and surrounding school districts. It is always so important, but certainly during this difficult time, to know how much you are loved and cared for and that message is clearly being expressed through your phone calls, emails, and social media postings. Thank you very much and please continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Crossett School District is implementing SchoolPass, a program to aid our high school students and parents in checking out and checking in students using the student ID or parent Pin. Today a call went out by mistake notifying elementary and middle school parents about this program. We are sorry for this inconvenience. This program will only be implmented in our high school at this time.
