1st and 3rd graders will perform in our upcoming Veterans Day events! Both grade levels will perform for our veterans and active-duty service members on the following dates: - Veterans Day concert: Nov 8th at 6:00 pm in the CHS auditorium, please arrive by 5:30 pm - CES Veterans Day lunch: Nov 11th at 11:20 (1st grade) and 12:00 pm (3rd grade) in the CES cafeteria. Veteran family members are invited to come and listen! Attire: We ask that students wear red, white, and blue attire for both performances, preferably without logos or words. Music: Your child can practice their songs at home! A little bit of practice makes a big difference. CES Red Ribbon Week Kickoff Tuesday, October 25th from 7:30-7:50 (during morning drop off) We welcome all of our CES parents to participate in our Red Ribbon Week kickoff by coming up with the most creative way to decorate your vehicles in honor of this year's Red Ribbon Week. This year’s theme is “Celebrate Life. Live Drug Free.”. We encourage our bus drivers to participate in our morning kickoff as well. Students can make posters at home to bring to school to be used to decorate our hallways. We look forward to seeing everyone celebrate life and live drug free with CES!

Monday - Hooked on books, not drugs.  Parents post pictures of your CES kiddos reading a book under our Facebook post.   Parent Teacher Conferences - No school for students    Tuesday - Celebrate life through the decades. Dress in your favorite decade attire.  (examples: 70s, 80s, 90s attire)  Remember:  Red Ribbon Week Kickoff will be taking place during our morning drop off time. Make posters and decorate your vehicle.   Wednesday - We are RED-y to say NO to Drugs  Wear as much red as you can!    Thursday - Thoughtful Thursday Think about your choices! Dress up in what you might choose to do as a future career.   Friday - CES Eagles Fly High  Wear your Eagle attire to team up with CES against drugs.      **Comment pictures under our Facebook post each day. These pictures will be used for a slideshow to display during each grade level lunch.
