There is a line of storms crossing the state with the potential for bad weather in Crossett close to our dismissal time today. Therefore, parents of car riders or bus riders are welcome to pick up their students early, prior to dismissal. Should there be severe weather at dismissal time, bus students will remain in the building until the weather clears and then buses will run their regular routes.

CES and the CES Student Leadership Team is excited to announce that we will be doing a DOG FOOD drive for the local Crossett Shelter. CES will take donations through Feb. 3rd. Our goal is 1500 lbs of food!! You may drop donations at the front office.

Our 3rd and 4th Grade students will be taking their Winter NWEA MAP growth test Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week. We are excited for them to work hard and do their very best. It will be important for them to be well rested and here on time, so they can knock this test out of the park!!

1st and 3rd graders will perform in our upcoming Veterans Day events! Both grade levels will perform for our veterans and active-duty service members on the following dates:
- Veterans Day concert: Nov 8th at 6:00 pm in the CHS auditorium, please arrive by 5:30 pm
- CES Veterans Day lunch: Nov 11th at 11:20 (1st grade) and 12:00 pm (3rd grade) in the CES cafeteria. Veteran family members are invited to come and listen!
