
AMI Packets for March 31 - April 3 are now available on the website. There is an additional insert for 6th grade Science and Social Studies that you will receive in packets that were mailed home. Many people, especially our children, are anxious about our current situation with the coronavirus. Keeping lines of communication open helps ease some of the anxiety. Congratulations to the 2020-2021 CMS Juniorettes!!!


The 7th and 8th grade VRC Robotics team attended the Arkansas State Championship in Russellville,AR Saturday, March 7. The team placed 5th out of 26 teams and advanced to the elimination rounds where they lost by 1 point in a nail biter. The team represented Crossett well and everyone loved the Crossett Eagle mascot. The team will represent Crossett at the CREATE US Open in Iowa April 2-4.

Congratulations to the CMS Jr. Eagles Baseball team on their victory over Bearden yesterday.

Julie Barnes, from the Cooperative Extension Service, met with 5th and 6th graders to encourage healthy meal choices. Students were provided a healthy snack as well. Thank you Mrs. Barnes!

Crossett School District will not be in session on Monday, February 17th for Presidents Day.


Crossett Middle School will be in session today, February 12th. It is an “A” day.

Due to weather conditions, Crossett School District will be closed Tuesday, February 11. Students should complete Day 1 of their AMI packet.
