CES is continuing to take donations for hurricane relief! Socks, blankets, and bottled water may be dropped off at the CES school office.

School is dismissed for students tomorrow District wide for Parent/ Teacher Conferences. Conference times 12-6pm

Ms. West class made Stone Soup as part of their lesson after reading different versions of the story Stone Soup.

Scholastic Book Fair next week at CES (Oct 16-20)


No school Monday due to Parent/ Teacher Conferences. Conference times are from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.

October is Fire Prevention Month. A special thank you to Crossett Fire Department for taking the time to educate our first graders on fire safety yesterday





Don't forget, CES is still taking donations of new blankets, new socks of any size, and bottles of water for hurricane victims!

CES was able to donate over 1200 bottles of fresh water to hurricane victims in Houston! Thanks to the United Way of NELA for picking up and getting the water where it is needed most!

HURRICANE RELIEF! CES is taking donations of new and unused blankets and socks (any size), as well as bottles of water in an effort to help with hurricane relief programs.

Don't forget! Reading for Education booklets are due back tomorrow, Tuesday Sept. 19th.

Whether on or off the field, Eagles fly high! It is great school-community spirit when these guys show-up to help greet in the mornings!!
