On Friday, October 17, 2025, the Crossett School District hosted the official unveiling of the commemorative signage recognizing Mr. Chester Huntsman and his unwavering support of the Crossett Eagles. We are honored to now have the Chester P. Huntsman Press Box at Yarborough Field.

Dear Families,
Thank you for all you do to support your child each day! As we approach our interim assessments, we want to remind students that these tests are simply a chance to show what they know and help us understand how to better support their learning.
Please encourage your child to:
✅ Get a good night’s rest
✅ Eat a healthy breakfast
✅ Take their time and do their best
✅ Believe in themselves—because we believe in them!
Growth matters more than perfection. Every step forward counts, and with your encouragement, our students will feel confident and ready.
Together, we can help them shine! 🌟

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all students, families, and community members, the Crossett School District would like to share the safety procedures and expectations for the Ashley Bowl Football Game on Friday, October 18. These procedures are proactive; security personnel and school staff will be on site to monitor the event and assist as needed. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to provide a secure, family-friendly environment for everyone.

CES Title I Meeting will be Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 5:15 PM in the CES cafeteria. Parents of CES students are invited to attend.

Student artwork displayed in the hallways of CES makes the school environment vibrant, welcoming, and student-centered. Students' voices and perspectives are important to our community. Thank you Mrs. Clark, CES Art Teacher, for guiding our 3rd grade artists in creating Zentangle hands through the use of black markers and watercolor paint. Go Eagles Go! #thisiscrossett

CES scholars stay mentally focused during transitions by using the time to review literacy skills with these fun, engaging activities. Each grade level receives daily clues to guess the mystery letter or word. Kindergarten is working on letters, 1st grade is working on vocabulary words, and 3rd & 4th are working on morphology. Go Eagles Go! #thisiscrossett
