Dear Parents, Staff, and Students,
Effective Friday, January 14th, 2022, Crossett School District will move to off-site instruction utilizing AMI Days. Our plans are to return to class on Tuesday, January 18th following the Martin Luther King Holiday on Monday, January 17, 2022, if possible. Any additional AMI days will be announced as soon as possible.
Due to the “extremely transmissible” nature of the Omicron variant, we have a high level of staff and student absences preventing the normal function of the school day and anticipate this number to continue to increase.
Schoolwork for Crossett High School and Crossett Elementary school will occur through students’ Google classrooms. Schoolwork for Crossett Middle School will be through a combination of Google classroom and the Summit platform.
Due to rising COVID numbers, Robotics practice will be cancelled for this week at CMS. We will resume our normal schedule on Tuesday, January 18th (3:30-5:00). Keep safe!!
Vex Robotics V5 competitors: the Winter in the Rock (Little Rock) competition has been postponed. They are trying to find an alternative location for the competition. The postponed date will probably be February 26. As soon as Ms. Adkin's hear something she will let you know.
MAP testing will be held at CMS this week.

Thanks SRO Black for all you do at Crossett Middle School.

Report cards will be sent home today.

After school tutoring starts again next Tuesday, January 11th.

V5 robotics will have practice today after school from 3:30 - 5:00. IQ robotics will have practice tomorrow from 3:30 - 5:00. Students will be bringing home permissions slips for the robotics competition starting today.
