We hope that you will never have to resolve a complaint, but here are the proper steps to resolve a complaint:

  1. Talk with the teacher first to let him or her know about the problem;
  2. If not resolved with the teacher, talk with the Assistant Principal or Principal;
  3. If you are still not satisfied, talk with the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent;
